After working in a grocery retailer to put myself through college, I joined Ace Hardware’s corporate merchandising department in 1986 and my lawn & garden career began. Ten years later, I left my buyer position at Ace and became a merchant at The Home Depot managing the Lawn & Garden category. After nine seasons at The Home Depot, I felt it was time to transition to the sales side of the business and I joined PMR in 2005.
Responsibilities:
Driving sales, forecasting, promotional development and finding new sales opportunities with several of our vendor partners for The Home Depot, Ace Hardware and True Value.
Hobbies / Activities / Interests:
I enjoy hanging out with my family, driving my old Chevy, music and an occasional round of golf.
Favorite Sports Teams:
Oakland University Volleyball and I like to see any Chicago team win
Favorite Foods:
Pizza, pasta and chicken wings
